These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Notary Signing Solutions website and services. By using this website, requesting or scheduling services, submitting information through a form, or engaging Notary Signing Solutions to provide services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable service-specific policies or instructions.

Notary Signing Solutions provides professional notary, signing, apostille services, Remote Online Notarization, litigation support, specialty mobile notary, community notary, and related document-support services.

Services are subject to availability, applicable law, document requirements, identification requirements, location, receiving-party requirements, and the circumstances of each request.

Notary Signing Solutions may decline or discontinue a service when the requested service cannot lawfully or appropriately be performed, required conditions are not met, necessary information or documentation is unavailable, or other circumstances prevent completion of the service.

Notary Signing Solutions is not a law firm, and Maria Riojas is not acting as an attorney in providing notarial services.

A notary cannot provide legal advice, select a notarial act for a client, prepare legal documents unless otherwise legally authorized, or determine the legal effect or sufficiency of a document.

Clients are responsible for obtaining legal advice from a qualified attorney when needed and for determining which documents, forms, or notarial acts are required for their particular situation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and being prepared for their appointment.

Depending on the service, this may include having the appropriate documents available, acceptable identification, required signers or witnesses present, and any instructions provided by the document recipient, attorney, title company, lender, signing service, government agency, or other requesting party.

Notary Signing Solutions is not responsible for errors, delays, additional appointments, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client or another party, missing documents, unavailable signers or witnesses, unacceptable identification, or requirements that were not disclosed before the appointment.

Submitting an inquiry, appointment request, website form, or scheduling request does not by itself guarantee that an appointment has been accepted or confirmed.

Appointments are subject to availability and any applicable service requirements. Additional coordination may be required for hospitals, care facilities, correctional facilities, loan signings, litigation assignments, apostille services, and other specialized requests.

Fees vary depending on the service requested and may include notarial fees, travel, additional notarizations, witnesses, after-hours or holiday appointments, waiting or stand-by time, document handling, shipping, courier services, government fees, or other service-related charges.

When applicable, fees will be communicated as part of the service quote or appointment arrangements.

Certain services may require advance payment or a scheduling/travel deposit before an appointment is confirmed or before travel begins.

Payment is due according to the terms communicated for the particular service or assignment.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, appointment-readiness, travel, and related charges are governed by the Notary Signing Solutions Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Clients should provide as much notice as possible when an appointment must be changed.

If travel has begun, the notary has arrived, or reserved appointment time has otherwise been committed, applicable fees may remain due even if the service cannot be completed.

Refunds and corrections are governed by the Notary Signing Solutions Refund Policy.

Fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable. Certain travel, scheduling, government, shipping, courier, affiliate-provider, and other third-party costs may also be non-refundable once incurred.

Remote Online Notarization (“RON”) is available only for eligible documents and transactions that may lawfully be completed through online notarization.

The signer must successfully complete the identification and technology requirements of the online notarization platform before the notarization can proceed.

Clients are responsible for confirming before scheduling that the person, agency, organization, or other authority receiving the document will accept a Remote Online Notarization.

Notary Signing Solutions does not guarantee that a receiving party will accept an electronically notarized document. Once an online notarization has been completed, a refund will not be issued solely because the receiving party declines to accept the document.

Notary Signing Solutions provides apostille support and coordination but does not issue apostilles.

Apostilles are issued by the appropriate governmental authority. Requirements vary depending on the type of document, where it was issued or notarized, the destination country, and other circumstances.

Notary Signing Solutions cannot guarantee that a document will qualify for an apostille, that a government authority will approve or issue an apostille, or that processing will be completed within a particular timeframe.

Government fees, shipping, courier charges, and other costs already incurred may be non-refundable.

When providing loan or real estate signing services, Notary Signing Solutions acts as a notary/signing professional and does not act as the lender, title company, escrow company, real estate agent, attorney, or financial advisor.

Questions concerning loan terms, interest rates, payments, closing figures, legal consequences, or transaction-specific decisions should be directed to the appropriate lender, title company, closing professional, attorney, or other authorized party.

Notary Signing Solutions does not control whether a transaction ultimately funds, records, closes, is rescinded, or is otherwise completed.

Litigation-support services are limited to services that Notary Signing Solutions and a Texas Notary Public may lawfully provide.

Notary Signing Solutions does not provide legal advice or legal representation and does not act as a law firm or attorney.

Attorneys, law firms, and other hiring parties are responsible for providing any assignment-specific instructions, documents, deadlines, and other information necessary to complete the requested service.

Appointments at correctional facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and similar locations may be subject to facility rules, access restrictions, scheduling requirements, identification requirements, security procedures, waiting periods, and other conditions outside the control of Notary Signing Solutions.

Facility delays or access restrictions may affect appointment timing or prevent completion of the service.

Certain appointments may require a scheduling/travel deposit and may include a specified amount of onsite time. Additional waiting or stand-by fees may apply when an appointment exceeds the time included in the quoted service.

Notary Signing Solutions may provide links or referrals to independent third-party service providers, including providers of translation, passport, visa, payment, scheduling, shipping, or other related services.

Third-party providers are separate businesses and are not operated or controlled by Notary Signing Solutions. Their services, pricing, processing times, policies, privacy practices, and performance are governed by their own terms.

Notary Signing Solutions may receive a referral commission or other compensation from certain affiliate relationships.

The inclusion of a third-party link or referral does not guarantee the outcome, availability, acceptance, or performance of that provider's services.

Notary Signing Solutions makes reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, services, availability, fees, requirements, processing times, third-party information, and other details may change.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit responsibility in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

Use of personal information is governed by the Notary Signing Solutions Privacy Policy.

Clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through general website forms, email, or text message unless it is required and an appropriate method for providing it has been established.

Notary Signing Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, website features, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
